American Xerox company PARC has announced an agreement with Bangalore-based Zinnov LLC to develop new technology and offer disruptive innovation expertise to businesses in India.
PARC seeks to combine its research-and-development platforms with Zinnov’s consulting and research services as part of the alliance. The MoU was signed by Xerox's subsidiary PARC.
PARC CEO Stephen Hoover said: “Our partnership joins Zinnov’s knowledge, talent and understanding of specific markets with PARC’s deep technology innovation expertise.
“We’re excited to work together to help Indian companies innovate disruptive technologies for digital manufacturing, smart infrastructure, data analytics, and security for various markets including industrial manufacturing, energy, transportation and financial services.”
Zinnov CEO Pari Natarajan said: "India's emergence as global economic powerhouse coupled with key government initiatives like the Smart Cities, Digital India, and Make in India make India a hotbed of opportunities, we are excited about working with PARC to expand our reach in the region by providing direct access to Silicon Valley technology frontier."
Zinnov is a global technology and management consulting firm and has been a leading force in helping clients in new product research, driving innovation, and increasing revenue by leveraging global talent.
PARC claims more than four decades of experience in creating breakthrough technologies.
